Abydos Designer Interactive ITILv3 Guide for ITSM 76

Abydos are pleased to announce the release of Abydos Designer ITILv3 Guide for ITSM 76.
In response to customer demand, the ITILv3 processes are now available with Abydos Designer, presented as a fully interactive, integrated guide for end-users.
As many companies today strive for ITIL compliance, this new addition to the Abydos Designer product allows business users to customise the ITILv3 processes to suit their business needs without changing the out-of-the-box ITSM 76 applications.
Using a completely data-driven interface, the work-instructions, decision points and business-specific data capture can all be defined within the drag-and-drop process environment, then presented to the Remedy user as an interactive dialogue that sits on top of the ITSM 76 application.
