Abydos Designer 7.2 for SDE Released

Abydos are pleased to announce the release of Abydos Designer 7.2 for BMC Service Desk Express.
This new release allows SDE customers to benefit from a graphical process development environment that is seamlessly integrated into the SDE application. The Abydos Designer processes are converted into work orders within incidents, problems or change requests and the process flows automatically enforced.
This is the first time that a truly graphical process development environment has been made available for Service Desk Express. It means that ITIL processes for example can be fully deployed and enforced without the need for extensive customisation of the SDE application itself.
Abydos Designer is fully supported on SDE versions 9.2, 9.6 and 9.7.
