Canadian Supplier of Telecommunication Services Selects Abydos Analyser

Abydos is delighted to announce that a Canadian supplier of telecommunication services with nearly 2 million customers recently selected Abydos Analyser.
Abydos Analyser will be used to assist with the maintenance and analysis of a large and complex BMC Remedy application that has been developed over a number of years.
When dealing with a large and complex application, Analyser's ability to graphically present workflow rules and relationships coupled with the option to drill-down into, document and update workflow objects in real-time was one of the reasons that this tool was selected.
Abydos will continue to work with this customer, as with all customers, to gather feedback and deliver any future enhancements that may be required.
