Leading Healthcare company selects Abydos Designer

Abydos is delighted to announce that a leading healthcare company based in Canada recently selected Abydos Designer.
Abydos Designer will be used to accelerate the deployment of ITSM processes for Incident, Problem and Change Management and later for Service Request Management. One of the reasons for selecting Abydos Designer was to reduce the need for customisation and configuration of ITSM which utlimately has an impact on the upgrade path. Using a data-driven process tool eliminates this need and raises visibility of the ITSM processes to the business.
