Abydos are pleased to announce our full support for the BMC Service Management Process Model with Abydos Designer release 7.03.
As customers continue to adopt ITIL best practice processes, the Service Management Process Model (SMPM), provides the ideal framework for mapping ITIL processes onto the BMC ITSM applications.
Abydos have embraced this approach through the use of Abydos Designer to provide a fully integrated link between the SMPM processes and the BMC Remedy applications. This means that when you need to change any of the processes, those changes are immediately reflected in your BMC Remedy application without the need for custom development.
