Rigorous Quality Control
All of our staff are extensively trained in BMC Remedy and have to undergo a specific Abydos assessment exam on the latest versions of the BMC Remedy AR System and applications to qualify as an Abydos BMC Remedy Consultant. Our consultants are trained on the Abydos Accelerate Services methodology, project management processes based on PRINCE II and the Abydos Quality Management System (QMS) as part of our ISO9001 accreditation.
Extensive BMC Remedy Experience
Abydos has over 10 years experience in the deployment, upgrade and support of BMC Remedy Systems. Our development staff are senior BMC Remedy developers, with a minimum of 4 years experience. All of our consultants have successfully delivered major BMC Remedy projects involving hundreds of users.
